**Job Description:** -------------------- We are seeking a senior Private Banking professional with solid industry experience. The role involves managing and developing the assigned client portfolio, delivering financial services and advice in line with the bank's model. The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with other bank segments to jointly conduct market prospecting and acquire new clients. **Responsibilities** * Achieve client acquisition and engagement targets. * Leverage customer knowledge, products, and market insights to identify acquisition opportunities and meet customer satisfaction expectations. * Acquire new clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned clients through ongoing research and continuous contact, enabling the generation of appropriate sales solutions. * Be familiar with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal bank policy requirements and act accordingly. * Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and proactively pursue new client opportunities. * Achieve performance targets set by the bank, aligned with the candidate’s profile and portfolio. * Collaborate with other bank departments to implement our "Bank for Entrepreneurs" strategy, leveraging available resources to deliver comprehensive solutions and services to our clients. **Skills** * Must possess accredited education and qualifications meeting position requirements, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles. * Strong communication and commercial skills, with the ability to build trust and establish robust relationships with high-net-worth clients. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. **Well-being and Benefits** * Mental and emotional well-being: We support you during life’s challenging moments—helping you manage crises, illness, and maintain good mental health.
