You will become part of a company with an incredible growth story, driven by exceptional innovation with products such as Silestone®, Dekton® and Sensa by Cosentino®, and with an international network present in more than 100 countries. **Your main responsibilities** You will lead preventive maintenance operations at one of our key Production plants, spending significant time on-site and managing a portion of the team responsible for carrying out daily factory maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: * Scheduling preventive maintenance activities and communicating them to the plant * Annual provisioning of budgetary and resource availability needs for upcoming preventive maintenance activities. * Monitoring the status of pressing lines to identify immediate critical needs and coordinating, together with press maintenance leads, support and resolution actions. * Coordinating the preventive maintenance team. * Planning material and labor requirements according to previously mentioned scheduled tasks. * Managing SAP work orders related to the preventive maintenance plan, as well as programmed jobs or detected anomalies. * Providing daily or weekly preventive maintenance performance reports. * Monitoring internal maintenance KPIs, including their review and validation. * Auditing preventive maintenance procedures to ensure continuous improvement. * Designing preventive maintenance procedures for new equipment installed in our factories using technical manuals provided by suppliers, as well as coding necessary spare parts. * Programming, delivering, and recording training sessions for contractors regarding internal work procedures. * Attending meetings assigned to the role. **What you need to succeed** **Education:** Required: University degree: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering Desirable: Additional qualifications or training in the field. **Experience****:** Minimum **3 years** of experience in industrial environments, having led multidisciplinary teams. **Location****:** Cantoria (Almeria) **About Cosentino** "*Cosentino will not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on any of these characteristics.* Spanish (Spain) At COSENTINO, our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
