What will be your role? * Prepare, adjust, and commission injection molding machines (Toshiba, Engel). * Perform mold changes and production start-ups. * Program and supervise handling robots (Wittmann). * Monitor process parameters and ensure part quality. * During periods of lower workload, assist in preventive maintenance of machinery. Profile Previous experience as an injection operator or machine setter in plastic injection molding. Versatile individual with strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to undertake maintenance tasks. Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Autonomy, attention to detail, and quality orientation. Preferred qualifications * Experience with Engel and/or Toshiba machines. * Proficiency in operating Wittmann robots. \- Training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or \- similar field. Occasional availability to work night shifts.
