Through our Circular Economy business, we promote the implementation of alternative fuels and waste valorization, minimizing environmental impact and advancing sustainability. We continuously research and innovate to adapt to our customers’ needs while consistently meeting sustainability criteria. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising the plant, ensuring productive continuity, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements: * At least 2 years of experience. * Medium-level vocational training. Specialization: Medium or higher-level vocational training (FP) in mechanics, electromechanics, electricity, industrial maintenance, welding, or similar. * Technical skills: plant operation, basic maintenance, welding, and fault detection—with emphasis on order, cleanliness, and focus on safety and quality. * Interpersonal skills: good communication and teamwork. * Personal attributes: responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving ability. * Advanced level of Spanish. * Availability to work split shifts. \#LI\-SM1
