If you wish to join a "**Great Place to Work**" company, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Job Description** ------------------------ Actively participate, from the start of service, in documenting general and specific operational procedures for existing roles. * Technical reference for the rest of the team. * Support the Service Manager. * Participate in monitoring, managing, and optimizing the daily batch workload, diagnosing cancellations, and resolving them. **Qualifications** ------------------ Consulting skills: * Experience in process documentation and 24x7 planning services. * Fully operational French (C1) Technical knowledge: It is essential that you possess expertise in the technology of the service for which you will be responsible: * Experience with scheduling and using M\-control (scheduler/job schedulers) in mainframe/zOS environments. * Experience with JCL and/or COBOL. * Knowledge of monitoring and supervision via Ekara, Dynatrace, or similar tools. **Additional Information** -------------------------------- What do we offer? / What are we offering? * Full-time permanent contract (CDI) * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical skills, soft skills, and foreign languages.
