With 96\.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, is currently seeking a Piping Designer for our offices located in Spain. Requirements: * Degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 5 years of experience working as a piping designer in the petrochemical, oil, gas, or related industries. * Knowledge of piping design, interpretation of P\&IDs, and industry standards (ASME, API, etc.). * Proficiency in SP3D, Caesar II, PDS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, among others. * English B1\+. Location: * 100% on\-site in Spain. ###### **Technical knowledge** ###### **Design software** ###### **International standards** ###### **EPC projects** ###### **English** #### **Principal duties** * Design piping systems in new areas based on P\&IDs, equipment plot plans, line lists, material specifications, equipment drawings, civil and structural drawings, client requirements, general specifications, and other project\-related documents. * Develop unit and overall plot plans according to project requirements and specifications. * Define requirements and elevations of structures and platforms according to unit requirements and project specifications. * Position equipment and nozzles for piping design. * Review and resolve clashes in the 3D model. * Review, comment, and update vendor drawing information in the 3D model. * Extract isometrics from the 3D model and issue them for construction. * Develop piping material take\-offs (MTO). * Report engineering status and progress. * Support project managers in technical coordination with other engineering disciplines and clients. * Other tasks inherent to the position. **Why join DAPIN?** ------------------- * You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large\-scale change.
