At Grup Blasi, we seek responsible, proactive individuals eager to contribute to creating welcoming, safe, and immaculate spaces. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Cleaning and maintaining the complex’s outdoor areas: gardens, terraces, courtyards, walkways, and parking areas. * Emptying trash bins, removing waste, collecting leaves, and keeping paths and spaces clean and safe. * Using cleaning products and equipment correctly, following safety and handling regulations. * Efficiently operating specialized machinery for cleaning and maintenance. * Assembling, maintaining, and repairing sun loungers and pool area equipment. * Ensuring all surfaces and spaces are spotless, including hard-to-reach areas. * Applying Grup Blasi’s quality standards and complying with occupational hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth overall operation of services and facilities. * Keeping your workstation clean, tidy, and organized. * Performing any other tasks necessary as part of your professional duties. **What we offer you:** * Contract type: Permanent intermittent contract. * Working hours: Full-time. * Schedule distribution: Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive and rotating days off. * Rotating shifts: Morning, afternoon, and night. * Salary: €1,474.78 gross per month (14 payments), equivalent to €1,720.58 including pro-rated extra payments, plus the Grup Blasi supplement proportional to hours worked. * Position: Cleaning Worker (Professional Group: Cleaning Worker, Pay Level VII). * Benefits package: Comprehensive health coverage (starting from the first year), free telemedicine and legal consultation services, flexible remuneration and on-demand salary, subsidized cafeteria, open-house days, and much more. **Let the adventure begin!** *“We highly value diversity and foster an inclusive and respectful environment.”* **To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Prior experience in outdoor space cleaning. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. * Valid driver’s license.
