PAYROLL TECHNICIAN

Description

We are seeking a professional to join an accounting firm, with at least 3 years of experience managing the payroll cycle, client interaction, and knowledge of A3Nom is highly valued. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting firms, labor consulting, or corporate HR departments. • Experience in payroll and social security management. • Knowledge of A3Nom application is highly valued but not mandatory. • Knowledge of labor contracts, settlement agreements (finiquitos), and registration/cancellation procedures with Social Security. • Experience handling IRPF, related tax forms, and personnel-related administrative procedures. • In-depth knowledge of the RED, SILTRA, and Contrat@ systems. • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple companies/clients simultaneously. • Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. * 3 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting firms, labor consulting, or corporate HR departments. * Labor Relations * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) * Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Medio) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish is essential. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2170' to '2350' * Additional relevant information: Working hours Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 14\.45 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 14\.30, with flexibility possible for start time and/or break time, provided that the end-of-day time remains at 18\.00. Possibility to combine on-site work with one remote working day per week, once fully integrated into the role.
