




Job Summary: We are seeking two professionals to comprehensively manage the labor area and personnel administration, including payroll processing, employment contracts, and employee inquiries. Teamwork within an established work environment Two individuals are required to comprehensively manage the labor area and personnel administration for a company based in Madrid. Main responsibilities include preparing and reviewing payroll records, monitoring employee onboarding and offboarding, managing temporary disability leaves (IT), workplace accidents, absenteeism, and partial retirements. Additionally, tasks include drafting employment contracts, calculating severance payments and compensation, submitting social security filings, and addressing labor-related inquiries. A minimum of two years’ experience in similar positions is required, along with up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations, proficiency in A3 Nóminas (Wolters Kluwer), intermediate-level Excel skills, and personal attributes such as organization, problem-solving ability, and teamwork capability. Academic background in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Business Administration (ADE) will be valued, as will experience managing a high volume of payroll records. A fixed-term discontinuous contract is offered, with a part-time, on-site schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 14:00. The gross annual salary ranges between 13\.000 and 14\.000 euros, depending on the candidate’s experience.
