Train service station staff on applied systems, including POS terminals and other IT applications. Review supplier invoices related to payment systems. Identify functional requirements to develop business-requested projects aimed at improving departmental performance. Prepare reports on transaction operations for card programs requested by various business units. Manage payment systems comprehensively. Participate in follow-up meetings and innovation projects with suppliers. * ️Collaborate with the Customer Support department to assist customers experiencing issues with any payment method. Collaborate with the Marketing department to launch loyalty promotions, catalogs, raffles, etc. Collaborate with Retail Sales to process proprietary and third-party cards. ️Collaborate with various Information Systems and Digital Transformation departments to implement new technical solutions for resolving incidents. Create, modify, and maintain documentation and procedural manuals for the DISA Group’s Retail IT Department. Always operate within the DISA Group’s Security and Regulatory Compliance framework, rigorously and efficiently implementing security measures related to your work, demonstrating responsibility and proactivity regarding preventive actions and regulatory compliance. **What are the employment conditions?** Indefinite-term contract Immediate start Flexible working hours Hybrid remote work model: 80% remote work – 1 day/week office-based, 4 days/week remote. English level B1 (preferred). Proficiency in Windows (client and server). Experience in operating system installation and administration. Knowledge of networks and communications. Active Directories and Data Protection. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. Knowledge of Azure cloud services. Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar position. Valid driving license class B and own vehicle.
