Description
This position focuses on delivering packages along predefined routes from the logistics center in Valle de Trápaga. The routes are designed to optimize time and distance, prioritizing rural and semi-urban areas, which provides a calmer and more predictable work pace. The professional will work autonomously, managing their shift within the scheduled hours, requiring strong organizational skills and commitment to deadlines.
Responsibility for road safety and service quality is required, including careful driving to protect both cargo and vehicle. In addition to package delivery, basic incident management is expected—such as failed delivery attempts or route adjustments—in coordination with the support team. Adherence to handling and recording procedures is essential to ensure shipment traceability.
The working schedule is 38 hours per week during morning shifts, starting around 10:00, with no split shifts or night work. This enables predictable work–life balance. The salary is 12.13 euros per hour gross, paid per hour worked. The initial contract is monthly, with potential continuation based on performance.
A valid driver’s license with at least one year of validity and a minimum of 8 points is required. Immediate availability for onboarding and participation in practical training is necessary. Valued qualities include organizational ability to follow routes, a responsible and solution-oriented attitude, and demonstrated commitment to road safety and vehicle care.
