Description
The position involves delivering packages from a logistics base located in Móstoles to towns in nearby provinces such as Segovia, Toledo, and Ávila. Deliveries focus on villages and rural areas, offering a quieter work environment with less traffic and lower stress compared to large cities. Each day features a different route, allowing full autonomy in managing the itinerary and fostering personal responsibility and organizational skills.
Working hours are stable and primarily morning-based, starting around 8:00 AM and ending between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The weekly workload is 25 hours, extendable up to 30 hours, and scheduling is organized via a weekly roster covering Monday through Sunday. Remuneration is €9.50 gross per hour worked, with a monthly contract offering long-term continuity prospects.
Onboarding is rapid and includes an intensive one-day initial training to learn operational procedures. Work takes place in a dynamic environment away from office monotony—ideal for individuals who value independence and daily variety.
A valid driver’s license with at least one year of validity and a minimum of 8 points on the license is required. Daily commuting to the logistics center in Móstoles is essential for vehicle pickup and return.
