If you are eager to join a solid, dynamic team with an outstanding working atmosphere, we are waiting for you! **Mission:** Efficiently manage all phases and activities involved in the correct order picking process at the logistics platform, in collaboration with other organizational roles. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Achievement of production targets.** * Ensure accurate order preparation, both in quantity and container loading configuration. * Achieve the minimum required number of boxes per shift. * Comply with instructions from supervisors regarding work organization. * Stack pallets efficiently to minimize the number of containers used while ensuring stable and rigid loads. * Refrain from smoking outside designated break times for each shift. * Refrain from using mobile phones during working hours. * **Cost control target achievement.** * Minimize product damage/breakage occurring during daily tasks. * Clean and utilize damaged products suitable for sale. * Do not supply stores with products unsuitable for sale. * **Maintenance management.** * Maintain machinery and equipment assigned (RF devices). * Clean assigned machinery. * Properly manage battery charging and replacement, and ensure optimal water levels in batteries of order pickers requiring them. * **Safety objective achievement.** * Wear appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. * Comply with specified safety regulations: speed limits, respect for signage, walkways/bridges. * Report to supervisors any incidents observed or caused, such as impacts on racking or other infrastructure within the logistics platform. * Report to supervisors any incidents involving product breakage. * **Environmental responsibilities.** * Manage waste generated by your activities according to company-established practices. * Follow defined and applicable environmental best practices for this position. **Key Competencies:** * Corporate identity. * Teamwork. * Digital competence. * Flexibility. * Organization, rigor, and quality. * Results orientation. * Emotional management. * Continuous improvement. * Initiative/Autonomy. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Basic qualification: Minimum required is Compulsory Secondary Education. * Preferred qualification: Related to Occupational Health and Safety, and Supply Chain Management. * Professional experience: External candidates must have at least six months’ experience in a similar role; internal candidates may be promoted internally. * Other requirements: Basic RF knowledge and experience operating order-picking forklifts. **What do we offer?** **Stable Employment Contract:** We invest in long-term talent within a leading company. **Working Hours and Shifts:** Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, plus two alternate Saturdays per month.
