You will work for an important international reference industrial group specializing in the design and manufacturing of ventilation and air conditioning systems, located in Ripoll. Depending on your profile and experience, you may join one of the following positions: * Foundry Operator (Afternoon shift): Management and control of the foundry process, machine feeding, and supervision of manufactured parts. * Industrial Assembly Operator (Afternoon shift): Assembly of industrial components, use of manual and mechanical tools, and verification of finished products. * Motor Assembly Operator (Morning shift): Assembly of electric motors and adjustment of precision parts. (These positions include initial training conducted at the group's facilities in Sils (Girona)). Requirements * Qualification: 20-hour metalworking training (C12); forklift or overhead crane license also valued. * Valued: \- 20-hour metalworking training (C12); forklift or overhead crane license also valued. * Requirements: \- 20-hour metalworking training (C12); forklift or overhead crane license also valued. + Prior experience in industrial environments, foundries, or assembly lines is desirable. + Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. + Availability to travel to Sils during the initial training period (in the case of the motor assembly position).
