We are seeking personnel for operational and control duties at the La Lleda Drinking Water Treatment Plant, as well as at distribution reservoirs, pumping stations, and water intakes. Tasks include preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, instrumentation and equipment, as well as conservation duties such as gardening, cleaning, and painting. SCADA and ZEUS alarm and signal monitoring is also required, along with sample collection for analytical and operational control. A valid driver's license is required; residence in Avilés or its surrounding areas is preferred. Required qualifications include completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) and a basic occupational health and safety course of 60 hours. Professional experience of at least 6 months in drinking or wastewater treatment, SCADA systems operation, and instrumentation is highly valued. Additional training in occupational health and safety (PRL), chemical handling, load lifting, chlorine gas, and confined spaces will be considered favorably. This position offers a 6-month temporary employment contract, full-time working hours, and rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night). Salary and working conditions are governed by the National Collective Agreement for the Integrated Water Cycle.
