Transforming the home renovation sector At Aquí tu Reforma, a leading franchise in home renovations and rehabilitations, with over 250 franchisees across 8 countries and strategic shareholders including Iberdrola and Roca, we are strengthening our team in Valencia to support the company’s ambitious growth plan for the coming years. We are currently seeking a Lead Operator for Avenida del Puerto. The candidate must be a sector professional—such as an architect, engineer, or technical surveyor—with technical training and passion for the renovation industry. Their mission will be to manage and execute budgets, and coordinate and oversee renovation projects. Requirements ● Education in architecture, engineering, or technical surveying. ● \+ 2 years of demonstrable experience in Spain as site manager for full and partial renovations. ● Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. ● Ability to produce graphical documentation and construction planning. ● Organizational skills ● Communication skills ● Ability to resolve on-site unforeseen issues. Desirable ● Proficiency in AutoCAD. Responsibilities ● Preparation and/or supervision of budgets ● Planning of projects and adherence to deadlines. ● Liaising with supervising architects, proposing solutions, and preparing valuations of itemized cost breakdowns. ● Procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors. ● Management of personnel, performance, and attendance. ● Supervision of work quality and productivity. ● Ensuring appropriate workforce and resources. ● Ensuring compliance with all safety measures and quality standards. ● Monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to budget. ● Resolving on-site unforeseen issues. ● Reporting project progress to management.
