**Objective**

Reporting directly to the Health Coordination team and to the Local Coordinator of Pozuelo, we need to hire a Nurse for the mobile units project:
Your main responsibilities will be:
INSTITUTIONAL:
* Represent the Institution within your area of competence or activity.
* Support institutional campaigns/activities.
* Ensure implementation and compliance with applicable regulations and procedures related to quality, labor, and occupational risk prevention.
* Actively participate in and support the development of the corporate annual report.
* Actively participate in and support the management and coordination of the volunteer team within your area of activity.
* Safeguard the Institution’s positive public image.
SPECIFIC:
* Monitor treatment adherence for people with TB and/or HIV through medication dispensing and direct observation/supervision of medication intake.
* Accompany individuals to medical appointments and assist with administrative procedures for medical consultations, diagnostic tests, etc.
* Conduct in-person and telephone follow-up.
* Manage documentation and medication stock.
* Prepare and dispense anti-tuberculosis and antiretroviral medications.
* Monitor for possible adverse or side effects.
* Provide health education regarding therapeutic importance and disease processes.
* Serve as liaison nurse with socio-healthcare resources.
* Promote healthy habits.
* Identify biopsychosocial needs and refer cases through the Institution’s established channels.
Essential requirements for this position are:
* University degree in Nursing and current professional registration.
* Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
* Valid driving license type B1.
* Proficiency in office tools: Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
