Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team We are seeking a nurse to work in Camas, Sevilla. Duties include monitoring and caring for users, meeting their healthcare and human needs. Wound care will be performed and documented, with ongoing evaluation of progress; vital signs—including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, and capillary glucose—will be monitored, as well as weight during acute episodes or routine checks. Medication will also be prepared and administered according to prescriptions; emergencies and urgent situations will be managed following established protocols; and care for users with reduced mobility—including repositioning—will be supervised. Intake monitoring will cover both regular diets and those requiring nasogastric or gastric tube feeding; medications and food brought by users will also be managed. Clinical records will be updated regularly; families of reference will be informed about users’ health and well-being; and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team will support assessment and ongoing monitoring of recovery or care processes.
