Collaboration with medical staff and comprehensive patient care We are seeking a nurse in Seville to attend to service users at a healthcare facility. Duties include coordinating and supervising care according to the established plan, monitoring and meeting patients' physiological and healthcare needs, administering medications as prescribed, and measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. The nurse also collaborates with medical staff by preparing materials and recording data in clinical records, attends to bedridden patients through positional changes and enteral feeding via nasogastric tube, and manages ostomies. Personal hygiene, medications, and food in patient rooms are monitored, and healthcare needs of facility staff are addressed. The nurse participates with physiotherapists in compatible activities and places pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders when no other staff member is assigned.
