With your talent and attitude, you will advance your professional career at Zabala Innovation. * + CITY Vigo + WORK MODE Hybrid + CONTRACT TYPE Permanent **What We Offer** ------------------- * You will work within a multidisciplinary team in a young, innovative, approachable, enriching, and challenging environment, assuming the following responsibilities: * Participation in the development of consulting projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring (CDTI, RETOS, GAIN, among others) * Information analysis and formulation of conclusions and results with critical insight. * Maintaining communication and relationships with clients, addressing their needs and expectations. * Preparation of reports and presentation of analysis and project outcomes. * Facilitation of working sessions involving multiple stakeholders. * Organization and management of working meetings. * Development of consulting service proposals. * Organization and management of R\+D\+i activities, as well as public and private R\+D\+i funding. * + Flexible working hours We offer flexibility in start and end times within a defined framework; on Fridays, we operate under a continuous work schedule. + Summer schedule Enjoy extra free time during the longest days of the year with a continuous work schedule from June to September. + Remote work We support a hybrid model: you may work remotely for part of your schedule, while always retaining the option to come into the office. + Training We believe in professionals’ development and will actively support your training. **What We Require** ----------------- Essential qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced level of spoken and written English (minimum C1\). * Willingness and availability to travel. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills. * Capacity for self-management. * Proficiency in or familiarity with additional languages beyond English. * Experience in consulting-related roles and/or in designing participatory processes and co-designing strategies. * Experience in R\+D\+i projects. * Experience in activities related to ecosystem development and/or public administration. * Familiarity with participatory design methodologies.
