Your primary mission will be to manage clients' transportation needs by allocating the necessary resources to meet all their logistics requirements, optimizing costs while ensuring compliance with both clients’ and **XPO**’s Quality and Safety standards. **What you’ll do on a typical day:** * Assign the necessary resources to execute daily shipments. * Search for available loads across various load boards. * Source transportation providers. * Optimize costs. * Monitor service performance and resolve incidents. * Provide customer support. **What you need to succeed at XPO:** At a minimum, you must: * Possess strong teamwork capabilities. * Be dynamic. * Be results-oriented.
