Collaborative work with the workshop supervisor to organize alterations CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Tailor with strong expertise in haute couture for its Rosa Clará workshop in Girona. **Responsibilities:** * Perform marked alterations on dresses within established timeframes. * Support fitting advisors by inspecting and reviewing dresses received from central distribution to ensure compliance with established quality requirements. * Collaborate with the workshop supervisor or store manager to schedule alterations timely. * Carry out ironing tasks. * Inspect and prepare deliveries. **Requirements:** * Extensive experience in tailoring and in operating all types of necessary machinery and tools (flatbed\- overlock/serger\- blindstitch). * Ability to repair, attach, and/or replace all types of trimmings (buttons, zippers, boning, etc.). * Education: pattern making and garment construction. * Prior experience in bridal wear, evening gowns, or similar fields is desirable. * Responsible, solution-oriented, and quality-focused individual. * Availability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule. **We Offer:** * Rosa Clará Benefits Club * Flexible compensation plan.
