Job Summary: Serysys is seeking a production operator with experience in mechanics or the industrial sector for its workshop, responsible for handling tools, cutting operations, maintenance tasks, and providing support to other departments. Professional training and certification program At Serysys, we manufacture high-quality and safety-compliant aluminum carpentry accessories; we are looking to hire a workshop production operator with knowledge and experience in **mechanics** or the **industrial sector.** Position Type: Full-time, Permanent contract. Work Location: On-site employment. Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Fridays, 7:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (15-minute break) **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and operation of presses, drills, and threaders. * Changing, adjusting, and working with dies. * Cutting and machining operations. * Maintenance tasks. * Support in other company departments, assisting in assembly or painting facilities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a similar role within an industrial or workshop environment. * Ability to read technical drawings. * A responsible and disciplined individual capable of adapting to different departments and working effectively in a team. * Availability for immediate start. * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Opportunity to join an established and growing company. **Benefits:** * Intensive summer working hours * Intensive Friday working hours * Training program **Education:** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * Medium-level vocational training cycle in mechanics, machining production, or related field.
