At LALIGA, we are looking for a new colleague to join as **Master Program Coordinator** within the LALIGA Business School department. If you have 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role and want to continue developing your professional career in the sports industry, keep reading! **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Academic duties:** + Creation and supervision of study plans, including their annual review and improvement together with program directors + Design and implementation of the assessment system + Scheduling of the academic calendar + Daily supervision, coordination and management of program operations: + Evaluation of program quality, aiming to establish improvement plans to achieve excellence * **Control and management:** + Logistics coordination for professors (trains, flights, hotels...) + Creation of courses/programs on the Virtual Campus and course delivery through this platform + Comprehensive planning and management of educational trips and academic visits for programs (agenda design, institutional contact, travel coordination) + Classroom coordination (maintenance, building security, support) + Preparation and oversight of events (opening ceremonies, graduations, roundtable discussions…) **Requirements:** * Advanced level of English * 1 to 3 years of experience in academic or administrative coordination roles within educational or sports institutions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the required languages * Problem-solving, proactive, committed and methodical individual * Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks * Adaptability to changes in the educational environment and willingness to take on new responsibilities * Proficiency in office software, Microsoft Office suite At LALIGA, we work committed to society through our purpose "Inspire the world through football," and we believe in talent at all levels.
