We are seeking a person to work as an extrusion machine operator in a plastic sector company located in Castellar del Vallès. Tasks include loading and unloading materials, preparing and starting up extrusion lines by adjusting parameters and changing molds, as well as monitoring the process by observing temperatures, pressures, speed, and dosing. It is also necessary to feed the machinery with raw material—either virgin or recycled—and supervise the final product’s quality regarding thickness, color, texture, and resistance. Additionally, real-time adjustments are performed to maintain process stability, detect and resolve line incidents, change formats, and clean equipment. Production and quality records must be completed, compliance with safety and environmental regulations ensured, and parameters adjusted according to variations in recycled material. Other duties inherent to the position are also carried out. This offer is for a full-time temporary contract, with 40 weekly working hours from Monday to Friday on the afternoon shift, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including legally mandated breaks. * Experience with extrusion machines is desirable. * We seek a dynamic individual capable of working autonomously. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. * Forklift operator license.
