MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – CORREDOR DE HENARES

Salary: Up to €24.500,00 per year Start date: Immediate Main responsibilities: We are seeking a versatile technician with experience in general maintenance of shopping centers, WITH ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE IN HVAC. Key responsibilities include: - Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc. - Detection and resolution of faults and incidents. - Coordination and supervision of external service providers. - Support for minor renovations, installations, and space conditioning. - Verification of installations and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: - Technical training in electricity, maintenance, electromechanics, RITE, BT, MT or similar. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. - Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with problem-solving skills. - Valid driver’s license (desirable). - PRL certification, Legionella course, RITE, or other sector-related certifications will be positively valued. - Experience in environments such as shopping centers, offices, retail premises, or industrial warehouses. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
