***We are looking for an integral maintenance technician for a geriatric residence in Segur de Calafell.*** We seek to incorporate into our team a Maintenance Technician with experience in comprehensive facility maintenance, who is responsible, solution-oriented, and capable of working autonomously. Main responsibilities: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the center's facilities. \- General repairs in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and basic masonry. \- Supervision and maintenance of water, gas, electricity, heating, and HVAC systems. \- Control and monitoring of mandatory inspections and reviews. \- Coordination with external companies when necessary. \- Ensuring proper operation and safety of all center facilities. Requirements: \- Proven experience in comprehensive building or facility maintenance. \- Relevant technical training. \- Possession of required licenses, certifications, or accreditations to work on **electrical, water, and gas** installations and other technical systems, in accordance with current regulations. \- Organized, solution-oriented, committed, and proactive individual. \- Prior experience in residences, healthcare centers, or other care facilities will be valued.
