If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking a MAINTENANCE OPERATOR for one of our companies located in Cambados (Pontevedra). **Main Responsibilities:** Perform and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery and mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment to maximize operational efficiency and longevity. Identify, diagnose, and quickly resolve technical faults or failures, minimizing unplanned downtime and optimizing repair times. Collaborate closely with the entire maintenance team and other departments to implement continuous improvements in facility reliability and efficiency. Accurately record all interventions, adjustments, and spare parts used, ensuring traceability, documentation, and timely reporting for follow-up and analysis. Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures, promoting a culture of prevention and wellbeing for all personnel in the workplace. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical qualification in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electronics, or related disciplines, supporting solid knowledge required for efficient task execution. Proficiency in the safe and effective use of manual, electric, and specialized maintenance tools and equipment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in teams, communicate clearly and efficiently, and solve technical problems swiftly and creatively.
