We are seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to lead our technical team and ensure the proper operation of our facilities and machinery. **Main Responsibilities** · Diagnose, repair, and monitor mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures. · Organize and plan maintenance team tasks (preventive, corrective, and predictive). · Coordinate work with external suppliers and oversee technical services. · Manage spare parts and tools inventory within the department. · Ensure compliance with safety protocols and current regulations. · Propose technical and operational improvements to optimize efficiency across both plants. · Report directly to the Maintenance Director. **Requirements** , with or without supervision from an Industrial Director. · Vocational training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. · Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic, including at least 2 years in a leadership and/or team coordination role. · Solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial electricity. · Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. · Knowledge of · Experience interpreting technical drawings and schematics is desirable. **We Offer** * Competitive salary according to experience and qualifications. * Job stability in a growing company. * A project offering autonomy, responsibility, and decision-making capacity. * Positive work environment with an established technical team. * Location: Bullas * Full-time position * Permanent contract * Immediate start or as per availability Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: From 30\.000,00€ per year Work Location: On-site
