Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and manage the department, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Department Head**, responsible for comprehensively directing and managing the Maintenance Department, ensuring operational excellence, contract profitability, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, technical and economic activity control, and development of new business opportunities—all while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, contributing to sustainable growth and achievement of company objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Establish strategic plans for departmental development. * Prepare the annual budget and ensure adherence to it. * Monitor and control the technical and economic performance of maintenance contracts. * Plan and coordinate the team of managers reporting to this role to deliver required services to customers across various regional offices. * Supervise periodic financial closings for maintenance activities against predefined targets, reporting to General Management. * Submit reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management dashboards to General Management. * Represent the Company before public and private entities. * Acquire new customers and retain existing ones. * Build trust-based, proactive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and, where possible, obtain referrals for future projects. * Manage and supervise the team’s fulfillment of production responsibilities, monitoring implementation of established quality and environmental procedures to maintain and improve company standards. * Develop and implement productivity improvements and projects, proposing procedural enhancements to Management to optimize resources and elevate service quality. * Participate in selecting personnel reporting to this role. **Position Requirements:** * Engineering degree * Postgraduate degree in Management and Administration (desirable but not mandatory) * Minimum five years’ experience in similar roles within installation companies, integrated service providers, or large corporate groups. * Experience in maintenance, both in public and private sectors. * Proven professional track record in managerial positions overseeing daily operations (budgeting, quality, procedures, human resources, labor relations, incident management, etc.) **Required Qualifications:** * Proficiency in specific IT tools: CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), MS\-Office, ERP, BI, etc. * Languages: English (desirable but not mandatory) This position is based at our **Paterna** **offices**. *At Syclef, we value diversity and inclusion.
