Maintenance Assistant in Hotel - Temporary Contract

We are looking to incorporate a **multiskilled maintenance technician** into our technical team for our facilities in Tarifa (11380\). Your main objective will be to ensure the proper functioning, conservation, and safety of the establishment to provide our guests with a perfect stay. **Main Responsibilities** * **Corrective and preventive maintenance:** Diagnosis and repair of daily incidents in plumbing, electricity, HVAC systems, and machinery. * **General upkeep:** Periodic painting tasks, minor carpentry repairs, and garden area maintenance. * **Regulatory compliance:** Oversight of water treatment routines and Legionella prevention protocols. * **Inspections and coordination:** Periodic site inspections and continuous interaction with other hotel departments. **Requirements** * Previous experience in technical services or maintenance departments. * Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. * Proactive profile, agile in execution, and service-oriented. * *Note:* If you possess advanced knowledge in electricity, HVAC, or plumbing, direct hiring at the **Maintenance Technician** level will be considered. **What We Offer** * **Contract type:** Temporary contract. * **Economic conditions:** Remuneration according to the Cádiz Hospitality Collective Agreement \+ Transportation allowance \+ Meal allowance. * **Working hours and rest:** Two days off per week and compensation with time off for worked public holidays. * **Social benefits:** Exclusive discounts on hotel group services and stays, work uniform, and a continuous learning plan.
