Your primary role within the company will be to support repairs, maintenance and conservation of all facilities, infrastructure and materials comprising the establishment, adhering to applicable regulations and established quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Engineering and Technical Services and the Deputy Head of Engineering and Technical Services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting inspection and maintenance of equipment and facility conditions, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. - Reporting meter readings and recording consumption data. - Completing preventive maintenance logs. - Reporting detected malfunctions in equipment or installations to the Central Office Technical Department. - Promptly and effectively resolving guest-reported issues. - Resolving malfunctions reported by other departments. - Conducting inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials and spare parts. - Performing other basic departmental tasks. \- In return for your commitment, we offer: Excellent working atmosphere. ### **Requirements** We are INSOTEL!
