Responsibilities
At Avanza, a leading company in the passenger transport sector, we seek to hire a Maintenance Administration Manager to ensure proper maintenance management operations within the Business Unit, guaranteeing the availability, safety, and optimal condition of facilities and fleet, as well as operational efficiency through KPI, consumption, and resource management—fully aligned with corporate policies—and located at our workplace in Viladecans (Barcelona).
What will your role entail?
* Supervise comprehensive maintenance management (ERP, records, administrative control, and activity tracking).
* Ensure the proper condition, safety, and availability of facilities (electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection systems, chargers, fuel stations, etc.).
* Monitor and optimize energy and fuel consumption, as well as fleet usage (kilometers driven, refueling events).
* Manage fuel island inventory.
* Coordinate and resolve technical incidents, both with in-house teams and external suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations concerning facilities and equipment.
* Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose process and efficiency improvement actions.
* Manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and variances.
* Maintain communication with clients to ensure service requirement compliance (fleet, cleaning, stops, etc.).
* Lead the administrative team in the area, organizing shifts, vacations, and professional development.
* Coordinate with other departments and the corporate maintenance team.
Requirements
University degree (Engineering or Technical Degree).
Specialized training in maintenance or facilities management is desirable.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in:
Facility maintenance
Administrative maintenance management
Coordination of suppliers and technical teams
