Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician with experience in hotels to handle facilities, incidents, and logistical support for events at a 5-star hotel in Madrid. Responsibilities: General Maintenance Technician, joining the hotel team. Responsibilities include maintaining general facilities, performing general maintenance tasks, responding to service requests or incidents, and providing logistical support for events. Requirements: Minimum requirements: General knowledge of building and facility maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electricity, painting, etc.). Desirable requirements: Additional specialized knowledge of specific systems or equipment. Required competencies: As outlined above, plus basic user-level proficiency with tools and computer terminals. Academic qualifications: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and/or vocational training (FP) in a related field. Years of industry experience: 5 to 10 years. Hotel experience is desirable. Offer: Salary range: €1,600 net per month. Working hours: Rotating shifts and days; morning or afternoon shift. Working hours between 8:00 and 23:00. Two rotating days off per week. Contract type: Permanent, discontinuous, indefinite contract. Position type: Full-time, indefinite contract. Salary: Starting from €1,600.00 per month. Work location: On-site employment
