




DESCRIPTION We are seeking to fill a permanent vacancy for an **Assistential Rotating Physician** at our **Ibermutua Oviedo center.** WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY WORK LOOK LIKE? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide urgent clinical care (history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, therapeutic planning) to workers visiting the center or relevant service, and assess functional capacity for work activities in accordance with established procedures and protocols. * Conduct periodic clinical monitoring and follow-up for workers requiring successive scheduled consultations until full functional recovery. * Receive, assess, and manage transfer requests from external medical centers for patient authorization. * Maintain and ensure the proper functioning, security, and custody of clinical equipment, materials, supplies assigned to the service, as well as facilities. * Actively comply with all quality-of-care standards and patient safety protocols, as well as appropriately manage waste generated during clinical activities. * Assess and monitor common-cause sick leave processes within your area of responsibility, aligned with the Medical Directorate’s objectives. * Identify and report potential risks. * Implement actions corresponding to strategic programs launched by the organization at any given time. * Prepare necessary medical reports to support healthcare management (e.g., discharge recommendations, permanent disability assessments). * Inform and promote among contacted patients the knowledge and use of Ibermutua Digital Personas as a bidirectional communication tool between the Mutual and the patient. * Request complementary tests or specialist consultation where deemed appropriate to expedite patient recovery. WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Rotating shifts Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon shifts (8:00–15:15 / 12:45–20:00), covering the needs arising across Ibermutua centers in the Autonomous Community of Asturias. CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS: Based on the position’s characteristics, the reference job group and level is Group I, Level III + shift-work supplement. However, the candidate’s individual circumstances (consolidated job group and level, remuneration) will also be taken into account.
