We are looking for a professional to take on the role of Logistics Manager in a solid and expanding food company located in the Dueñas area. The position involves active collaboration with various teams to optimize logistics services and direct supervision of team tasks, ensuring their needs are met. The candidate will be responsible for proposing and implementing improvements in work organization, as well as supervising the implementation of new processes, facilities, and equipment, including staff training. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations and manage logistics incidents during the manufacturing process. Rigorous control of operations and constant coordination with external suppliers are required. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with split shifts and corresponding legal breaks. * Previous experience in logistics department, team management, or similar roles. * Previous experience in the food industry. * We are seeking an organized individual with teamwork skills and strong communication abilities. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. * University degree or vocational training in logistics. - Logistics processes and supply chain. - Process control, analytical and management skills. - Quality standards ISO 9000, IFS, ISO 14000. - Safety regulations.
