The loading and unloading operator position focuses on the logistical management of materials within a dynamic industrial environment. Key responsibilities include the proper handling of goods, ensuring that truck loading and unloading processes are carried out efficiently and safely. This role is essential for maintaining operational flow in the warehouse, guaranteeing that products are stored in their designated locations and remain available for subsequent distribution or use on the production line. Organization of the workspace and basic maintenance of used equipment are also part of daily responsibilities, promoting an orderly and functional environment. This position is offered on a full-time basis under a fixed rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, covering three different shifts. The contract includes all social benefits established by current labor legislation for this type of employment arrangement in the industrial or logistics sector. A vocational training qualification (FP Grado Medio) in a related specialty is required, along with a minimum of two years of verifiable experience in similar roles within the industrial or logistics sector. Proficiency at the user level in operating computers for managing basic inventory systems is mandatory, as is demonstrated skill in using common manual tools employed in warehouse settings.
