**Description:** ---------------- **Loading and Unloading Assistant \| Beniaján** At **Grúas Sáez S.L.,** a Spanish multinational company and an international reference in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking **a Loading and Unloading Assistant** to join our logistics team, primarily assisting in loading and unloading trucks, as well as handling and organizing materials and components destined for crane manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** * Loading and unloading materials and crane components onto and from trucks. * Handling and positioning goods, ensuring proper distribution and secure fastening. * Supporting the use of loading equipment (forklift truck, overhead crane). * Preparing orders and materials for dispatch. * Visual inspection of goods during loading and unloading. * Collaborating with the team to ensure safety and efficiency in operations. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in truck loading and unloading (industrial or metalworking environment preferred). * Forklift operator’s license and/or experience operating an overhead crane is desirable. * Basic knowledge of safety procedures in loading operations. * Ability to work effectively in a team and a responsible attitude. * Availability for immediate start. **We offer:** * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent. * Intensive working hours on Fridays. * A stable project within a growing industrial company. * Initial on-the-job training and occupational risk prevention training. * Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
