Indefinite-term contract and full-time working hours We seek to hire a **Labor Consultant** to join the labor department of a company located in **Jerez de la Frontera**, with experience in comprehensive personnel management and corporate advisory services. Main Responsibilities: * **Management of Social Security registrations, deregistrations, and modifications.** * **Preparation of employment contracts and notification to SEPE.** * **Calculation and preparation of payroll and final settlement payments.** * **Management of social insurance systems (Sistema RED / SILTRA).** * **Labor law advisory services and application of collective bargaining agreements.** * **Processing of temporary disability (IT), maternity/paternity leave, and other benefits.** * **Assistance during labor inspections and official agency proceedings.** Requirements: * Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.** * Proficiency in labor management software (A3Nom, Sage, or similar). * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
