





We are looking for a **KITCHEN MANAGER** with experience for the opening of a new restaurant. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Menu creation and execution. * Coordinate and supervise the work of cooks and kitchen assistants to ensure proper execution during each service. * Organize and optimize kitchen processes to guarantee efficiency and quality. * Ensure correct handling and storage of food, complying with health and food safety regulations (HACCP). * Supervise plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring excellence in every detail. * Stock control and placing orders with suppliers, ensuring availability of high-quality products. * Contribute to the restaurant's culinary creativity. * Manage kitchen pace during services, maintaining harmony and workflow. * Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring proper coordination among different stations. * Overall kitchen management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 4-5 years of experience in similar roles. * Vocational training qualification in Cooking and Gastronomy (CFGM) is desirable. * Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and plating. * Ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments. * Experience in stock control and supplier management. * Knowledge of health and food safety regulations. * Understanding and practical application of HACCP system in the food industry. **Permanent full-time contract.** **Full-time hours** Salary according to candidate's experience and qualifications. **If you want to be part of the opening of a new restaurant, apply now.** Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Work Location: On-site
