As a Kitchen Assistant, you will participate in preparing our dishes and tapas, organizing and cleaning the kitchen, always ensuring product quality and presentation. If you love the world of gastronomy, enjoy working in a team, and wish to develop professionally in a dynamic and distinctive environment, **we’re looking for you!** **Come join Dando Guerra S.L. and experience working in a kitchen with the unique atmosphere of Marbella’s Old Town.** **Responsibilities** ---------- * Preparation and cooking of tapas and dishes. * Mise en place and ingredient preparation. * Support to the kitchen team during service. * Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. * Monitoring and proper storage of food. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Assisting with receiving and organizing supplies. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in the hospitality industry (2\-3 years), preferably in kitchen roles. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and possible split shifts. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety. * Ability to perform tasks under pressure in a dynamic environment. * Food Handler Certificate If you are eager to join a dynamic team, passionate about gastronomy, and ready to grow professionally, we want to meet you!
