




Position Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare, plate, and distribute food, as well as to manage and store raw materials and clean the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness. 2. Compliance with food safety protocols (HACCP). 3. Preparation of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners. KITCHEN ASSISTANT (35 HOURS PER WEEK) Main Responsibilities: * Preliminary food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning). * Preparation of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners according to internal scheduling. * Plating and tray distribution according to prescribed diets. * Cleaning and disinfection of utensils, machinery, and work surfaces. * Proper control and storage of raw materials. * Receiving and placing orders. * Basic waste management in accordance with health regulations. * Compliance with food safety protocols (HACCP). * Collaboration in maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness.
