CATALONIA HOTELS \u0026 RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in the center of SEVILLA. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to food preparation and dish presentation. * Carry out periodic cleaning tasks as outlined in the established cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, promptly reporting any issues. * Assist in implementing menus and meal plans. * Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of assigned ingredients. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, initiative, and results-driven mindset.
