We are a hotel group on the Costa Brava and are seeking Waiters/Waitresses and Cooks for one of our hotels located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, the Hotel Eden Roc. If you recognize yourself in these words, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! **Dining Room Staff** Main responsibilities include: * Maintaining the restaurant and bar dining area in perfect order and cleanliness. * Attending to guests and customers, welcoming them at the restaurant entrance. * Presenting the gastronomic offerings on the menu, and being able to make recommendations suited to the customer’s profile. * Taking orders, noting special requests and details. * Maintaining effective communication with the Kitchen to ensure appropriate service pace, as well as proper cleaning and hygiene of equipment. * Serving dishes and beverages. * Addressing possible complaints and offering appropriate solutions. * Clearing tables immediately after each service. * Reporting any problems, complaints, or incidents occurring during service to the direct supervisor. * Anticipating customer needs and providing services before they are requested. * Performing other tasks required by the position. **Kitchen Staff** * Adhering to the company’s appearance standards. * Coordinating with dining room supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery. * Preparing the gastronomic offerings for the various meals served at the hotel, following quality standards. * Preparing the gastronomic offerings for staff, following established quality standards. * Complying with food safety regulations. * Following product handling instructions established by the responsible person. * Preparing mise en place to facilitate workflow during service periods. * Respecting the order of product consumption, always observing expiration or preferred consumption dates. * Keeping the workstation clean and organized. * Maintaining control over kitchen inventory. * Properly storing food items, clearly labeling containers with contents and storage date. * Performing other tasks required by the position. Requirements: * Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent. * Prior experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of foreign languages is valued. * Residence near the workplace is mandatory. * Flexible working hours. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, with rest periods established by law. Work location: On-site employment
