We are looking to hire a **Junior International Labor Relations Analyst** to join our Corporate HR team within the People Engagement area. Your mission will be to ensure that global labor relations information is reliable, consistent, and actionable for decision-making, while also driving the proper implementation and monitoring of corporate projects and tools in an international context. ### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Consolidate, analyze, and report key global Labor Relations KPIs, ensuring data quality, consistency, and traceability. * Identify trends, deviations, and inconsistencies in data, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with respective countries. * Transform data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and prepare reports and presentations for corporate committees and forums. * Serve as the regular point of contact for local HR and Labor Relations teams across more than 30 countries, ensuring timely receipt of information and follow-up on incidents and inquiries. * Coordinate global Labor Relations projects, ensuring adherence to objectives, milestones, and deadlines, identifying bottlenecks and promoting progress initiatives. * Participate in the implementation, evolution, and enhancement of technological tools for the area, acting as the functional subject-matter expert and liaison between local, corporate, and IT teams. * Collaborate on the design, review, and implementation of corporate policies, processes, and standards related to Labor Relations, Human Rights, and Occupational Health and Safety. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification, driving digital transformation and efficiency initiatives. REQUIREMENTS ### **What are we looking for?** * Education or experience in Labor Relations, legal fields, Occupational Health and Safety, or Occupational Risk Prevention. * Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities. * Advanced Excel proficiency; advanced Power BI experience is highly valued. * Knowledge of or experience in implementing and managing technological solutions. * Interest in and/or experience with HR tools, digitalization, and process transformation. * Strong organizational, tracking, and coordination skills for multi-stakeholder, deadline-driven projects. * Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to collaborate and influence international, multicultural teams. ### **Why Prosegur?
