Organize and supervise daily service.

Monitor timing and dish quality.

Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
Organize shifts and assign tasks.
Identify training needs and support team members’ professional development.

Procurement and Cost Management
Manage supplies and orders.
Monitor recipes and raw material costs.

Candidate Profile
Education
Training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
Additional specialized training in kitchen management and food safety is desirable.
Experience
Prior experience as Kitchen Manager or Deputy Kitchen Manager.
Experience in team management and service coordination.
Experience in organized restaurant groups is advantageous.
