We are looking for a Site Manager for Photovoltaic Installations; no prior experience is required. Main responsibilities: **Planning and Execution:** * Analyze the project and plan organization and tasks. * Establish the most suitable procedures, techniques, and resources. * Lead and coordinate work teams and subcontractors. **Resource Management:** * Monitor and manage the project budget and costs. * Manage procurement of materials and equipment. * Ensure timely availability of necessary human and material resources. **Supervision and Control:** * Supervise construction activities to ensure quality. * Monitor construction timelines. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Communication and Coordination:** * Maintain smooth communication and act as the main point of contact with clients, suppliers, and technical management. * Resolve any issues or incidents arising during the project. * Prepare progress reports on the project status. Proficiency in AutoCAD. A valid driver's license is essential, along with availability for 4\-5 days of travel per month. Immediate incorporation.
