




At **Arbeitin** we are looking for several experienced **Site Managers** in the management and coordination of building projects. Selected candidates will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards, as well as managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan and manage construction execution from start to completion. * Coordinate work teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Monitor costs, measurements, and certifications. * Supervise work quality and resolve on-site issues. * Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * **Surveyor or Technical Architect**. * Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Production Manager. * Experience in new construction projects, preferably single-family homes. * Proficiency with project management and measurement software (Presto, CYPE, AutoCAD, or similar). * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Valid class B driver's license. **We offer:** * **Stable employment with continuous work.** * **All expenses covered by the company** (mileage, fuel, allowances, etc.). * Possibility of a company vehicle. * Opportunities for increased autonomy and responsibility.
