For our client, a leading company in the national construction sector, **EXPERTA** is seeking a **Construction Site Manager** for their team in **Málaga and the Costa del Sol.** Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the construction team, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards in project execution. * Carry out planning and monitoring of works, ensuring proper progress and efficient use of resources. * Manage and control the budget assigned to each project, ensuring adherence and reporting any deviations. * Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring proper execution of work and compliance with quality standards. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as internal company procedures. * Prepare periodic progress and results reports for company management. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technical Architecture. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, leading construction teams on large-scale construction projects. * Proficiency in Autocad, Pressto, and MP. * Solid knowledge in project management, planning, and cost control. * Leadership skills and ability to work in a team. * Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the national construction sector. * Professional development and opportunities for career growth within the company. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.
