




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to supervise daily operations, ensure food quality and presentation, manage costs and inventory, and coordinate teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. The position is full-time and requires daily operational supervision, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene and handling regulations. It is essential to maintain an organized workspace so that every dish meets expected quality and presentation standards. In addition to creative and technical aspects, responsibilities include continuous cost monitoring and responsible ingredient management to prevent waste. Inventory control and supply forecasting are fundamental daily tasks to ensure seamless operations without shortages. The ideal candidate must be capable of team coordination, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining smooth communication with other departments. Proven prior experience in leadership roles within kitchen environments, team management capability, solid knowledge of food handling, and familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
